Philosophy: The Challenge coaching staff strongly believes in teaching these young players valuable life skills through a progressive soccer education. The “development” focused curriculum is designed to accelerate player personal growth and achievement. Training sessions focus on technical and tactical game concepts which are fundamental for proper player development. Coaches are committed to providing powerful “tools” in helping to structure their character and laying the foundation for a successful future.
